Cool Fairy

I'm on a roll today this one is for A Spoonful of Sugar Challenge which is to make a card for a child.

My offering is using the Fairy Dottie image from Charmed Cards and Crafts, papers from Shabby Princess, the fairy wings and flowers are glittered lightly, the sentiment is computer generated and some bling from my stash.
